Cellulite body wraps that help you get rid of it!
If you started the fight against the unpleasant cellulite issue and have already written down what you are and not allowed to eat, you are now able to move on to the nest step of the process: including body wraps in you war plan. And when I say body wraps I'm not only thinking about the pampering you can get done at the salon, but also the ones that you can make in the comfort of your own home which are easy to do and way more inexpensive.
What are the best body wraps that burn cellulite and burn fat?
The only things you'll need is a few simple ingredients that stimulate your blood circulation locally (coffee, cocoa, pepper etc.) and, of course, some food wrap. Who has never used food wrap for some cosmetic reason or another. Let's just think of the days when we thought that wrapping our bodies in foil might just help us lose a lot in inches off of our waists. It helps eliminate water, but miracles it does not do!
1. Coffee cellulite body wrap
A miracle ingredient that always helps you to get rid of cellulite is grounded coffee. Mix coffee grounds with olive oil and cosmetic clay until the ingredients form a paste like mixture. Spread this paste on the parts where cellulite is bothering you. Then wrap cling film over the areas where you've applied the paste and leave it on for several hours. Ideally, you should stay warmly covered for some minutes.
2. Seaweed powder
We can get some more support in our cellulite problem from seaweed powder (which you can buy from any health food stores). In combination with coffee grounds, seaweed powder helps you get rid of cellulite. All you have to do is to mix a cup of coffee grounds with three tablespoons of powdered kelp and cosmetic clay found in small packets. Add green tea until the mixture becomes creamy and can be spread on the areas with cellulite. After that wrap yourself in cling film over the areas where you've applied the solution and stay like this for several hours.
3. Cocoa and shea butter
Body butters can also be helpful in your fight against cellulite. Use unrefined cocoa butter and shea butter on the areas affected by massaging thoroughly, wrap yourself in cling film and stay like that for as much time as you can. It is best not to take a shower for several hours to allow substances to play their role.
4. Cellulite cream wraps
Use a cellulite cream, massage well and wrap the problem areas in cling film. It's recommended to stay wrapped as long as you can (at least one hour) to promote perspiration. Do not take a shower in the next 6 hours after you have removed the plastic foil.
5. Hot pepper wrap
If you want to get rid of cellulite, hot pepper is extremely helpful. As we all know, hot pepper also promotes weight loss due to its ability to increase metabolism. Use chilli oil (which you can find in health food stores) with confidence. You can combine with other ingredients which I've already mentioned before above, or you can just use it on its own. Rub the trouble areas and wrap yourself. Leave it like that for several hours.
