Coffee helps you say goodbye to cellulite
Sometimes it's pretty hard to be a woman with all the body issues we are pron to. We all want to be beautiful and sensual among other things and some of us may go to great lengths to enhance our physical appearance. It's natural to want to reach your best and look your best. Cellulite scrub using coffee and olive oil
Mix 1/4 cup ground coffee with 3 tablespoons of hot water and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to absorb the water and form a paste.
Then, mix in 2 tablespoons of olive oil to help bind the grinds.
Cleanse the problem areas in a warm shower, then turn off the water and apply the scrub by massaging in a circular motion for about five minutes with your hands or a washcloth.
Rinse with warm water to remove the coffee grounds, then pat the areas dry and moisturize if desired.
Do coffee grinds smooth away cellulite?
Well, experts say that it kind of does! Try to use some fresh ground coffee in order to maximize the anti cellulite benefits coffee has, giving that these unused coffee grounds have more caffeine and antioxidants that used coffee grounds.
